Quimera Beer Dinner

On February 19, the first day of Saratoga Beer Week, Boca Bistro presents a Seasonal Beer Dinner featuring Quimera Premium Beers of Chile. An authentic Spanish menu designed by Boca Bistro’s Executive Chef Roslyn Zecchini paired with 4 premium Chilean beer tastings of Quimera, which is the only Chilean Beer available in the US. The choice of the name of Quimera beer was not easy. The Chimera (Quimera in Spanish) was a mythological monster with the head of a lion, the body of a goat and the tail of a serpent and which embodied different representations of the unknown and the wonderful; a wild animal, full of mystery. The name needed to represent composition of a unique being, a beer of various ingredients such as the monster had members of various animals. Quimera Beer could not be otherwise and is a delicious product full of mystique and charm.
